Saudi Embassy attestation of Birth Certificate and B. Form

For attestation of child’s NADRA birth certificate or B. Form Saudi Embassy or Consulate in Pakistan require following documents:

1. Original Birth Certificate or B. Form (Prior attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pakistan)
2. Original Marriage Certificate of parents (Prior attested by Saudi Embassy / Consulate)
3. Copy of CNIC from wife (child’s mother)
4. Copy of CNIC from husband (child’s father)
5. Copy of passport and Iqama from husband (child’s father)
6. Copy of Saudi Visa page on passport of child’s father

Saudi Embassy attestation of NADRA Marriage Registration Certificate / Nikkah Nama

Saudi Embassy or Consulate require following documents for attestation of NADRA marriage registration certificate and Urdu Nikkah Nama:

1. Original Marriage Certificate / Nikkah Nama (Prior attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pakistan)
2. Copy of CNIC from wife (with husband name)
3. Copy of CNIC from husband
4. Copies of passport, Saudi Visa and Iqama from husband
5. Copy of passport from wife (with husband name)

Degree / Certificate attestation by Saudi Culture and Saudi Embassy / Consulate in Pakistan

In case you need attestation of your degree certificate from Saudi Culture then Saudi Embassy in Pakistan then following documents will be required:

2 copies of each document from following list:

1. Copy of first page applicant’s valid passport (Signed and Stamped by Saudi Employer)
2. Copy of applicant’s Visa (Signed and Stamped by Saudi Employer)
3. Copy of applicant’s Iqama (Signed and Stamped by Saudi Employer)
4. Copy of applicant’s CNIC (Signed and Stamped by Saudi Employer)

Important: Applicant will send one set of all above documents to Saudi Culture in Islamabad (address mentioned below) from Saudi Arabia by any reliable courier service. Then send us this courier receipt and all other documents (one set from above list and one set from below mentioned list) to proceed.

One set of each document from following list:

1. Original Job Contract / Job Agreement duly attested by Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Saudi Chamber of Commerce. – Click here to check Sample
   Note: Job Agreement must not older then one year and it must contain both Iqama and Passport Numbers of applicant
2. Letter by your employer in the name of Saudi Culture in Islamabad attested by Saudi Chamber of Commerce. – Click here to check Sample
   Note: Letter must contain both Iqama and Passport Numbers of applicant
3. Letter by your employer in the name of Saudi Embassy / Consulate in Pakistan attested by Saudi Chamber of Commerce. – Click here to check Sample
   Note: Letter must contain both Iqama and Passport Numbers of applicant
4. Original Bonafide Letter from degree issuing university attested by MOFA Pakistan – Click here to check Sample
5. Original Degree (Prior attested by HEC and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pakistan) – Click here to check Sample
6. Original Marksheet(s) of same degree (prior attestations are not required)
