In addition to this, Customer shall be subject to the operating rules / policies applicable to individual services on Chachuinpakistan.com which may be posted from time to time.
Acceptance of Agreement
Chachuinpakistan.com, the service shall hereinafter be referred to as “CIP”. This Service is provided to Customer under the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any operating rules or policies that may be published on CIP which comprises the entire agreement between Customer and CIP and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. By placing your order on CIP, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Description of Service
CIP is providing Customer with a facility to get any required task in Pakistan completed through professional means from anywhere in the world. CIP reserves the right to charge Client/Customer or their Parents/Friends/Relatives for this Service as per the quoted prices in individual cases on CIP.
In consideration for this Service, Customer agrees to:
(1) provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about the Customer and the Applicant and (2) maintain and update provided information as needed to keep it current, complete and accurate.
Furthermore, Customer grants CIP the right to disclose to third parties certain information about Customer and Service Membership in the aggregate; however, such disclosures will exclude Customer’s name, mailing address, email address, account and phone number, unless: (1) Customer expressly directs CIP, or any other person Customer may specifically designate to disclose such information through the Service as provided by the Service or (2) CIP is required to disclose such information by any applicable law or legal process served on CIP. If any information provided by Customer is inaccurate, CIP retains the right to terminate Customer’s CIP Agreement to use the Service.
Modifications in the Agreement
CIP may change the terms and conditions of the Agreement from time to time, without notice to the Customer. You can review the updated version of this Agreement at any time.
Modifications of Service
The Management of CIP reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service Chachuinpakistan.com with or without notice to Customer. CIP shall not be liable to Customer or any third party should exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service CIP.
