5. WES or CES Request Form for Inter Board (filled and signed)

Note: Matric and Intermediate boards will directly dispatch attested marksheets and certificates in sealed envelopes to WES / CES address.

Processing Time – Normally it takes approximately 10-15 working days for completion of this process from Matric and Intermediate Boards and further 5-7 days for delivery of sealed envelopes to WES or CES address via courier.

Requirements to get attested copies of Transcripts in Sealed Envelope from HEC:

1. Original Matric Certificate and Marksheets
2. Original Intermediate Certificate and Marksheets
3. Original Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree and Transcripts / Marksheets
4. Copy of CNIC / NICOP or Passport
5. Printout of HEC Online Application Form – Click here to fill
6. Photocopies of Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree and Transcripts / Marksheets
7. Authority Letter – duly attested by 17 grade govt officer

Note: HEC will attest originals transcripts and degree first then photocopies and after attestation they will put attested copies in official sealed envelope on our request. HEC will not directly dispatch this sealed envelope to WES or CES instead they will handover sealed envelope to authorized person.

Processing Time – We need approximately, 5-7 days for completion of attestation process from HEC Islamabad after the receipt of all required documents.

How we proceed:

CIP Service Fee – We charge a nominal service fee for assistance in above tasks from relevant authorities in Pakistan. But our fees are different in many cities by considering all costs involved to assist in that city. Procedure – After the receipt of required documents, information and initial service fee we will dispute an experienced Case Manager to work on your tasks. This Case Manager will visit relevant offices (Matric Board, Inter Board & HEC) for submission of application forms and required documents with most urgent fees. He will then regularly follow-up to make sure timely completion. We will send you name of our Case Manager to use on authority letter and HEC online application form.

Completion – Once the process is completed we will provide you courier tracking IDs given by Matric & Inter Boards. We will dispatch all of you original documents along-with HEC sealed envelope to your address via DHL but after charging the final service fee + courier cost to your country. You can then forward HEC sealed envelope to WES or CES address from your end.
