In order to streamline all inquiries / cases and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every inquiry request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your tickets. A valid email address is required.
New Customers please provide as much detail as possible so we can best assist you. One customer is not eligible for creating 2nd ticket for the same case. To send or read updates on previously submitted ticket, please use the form to the right.
Existing Customers can check updates OR send messages/instructions to CIP agents for previously opened cases (tickets) using your ticket number and your email address that we have sent you at the time of opening new ticket.
